Your wedding is perhaps the most special event of your life! What better way to capture this wondrous occasion than by preserving all the special moments on video?  This is the only way you will be able to see much of the day that you missed, such as the attendants’ entrances, the soloists, readers and musicians.  Mom will be able to see your face as you exchange rings and say your vows because we will have an HD camera at the front as well as at the back of the venue.

Your finished video will be created not only to tell your story, but to touch your heart and everyone who views it.

Why should you choose Collective Memories?

Professionalism

We understand and are honored that you would trust us with the preservation of your Event, and we go to great lengths to assure that everything will be done right.

  • We always communicate openly with wedding planners so that we get the details right.
  • We respect the rules and traditions of your church or organization.
  • We arrive early and stay until it’s over.
  • We strive to get the best shots possible while maintaining a low profile and not intruding upon your event.
  • Quick turnaround – we try to get your video back to you within a month, rather than 2-3 months like many other companies.

Equipment

  • Sony HD Cameras – We exclusively use Sony Pro Digital HD camcorders that will shoot standard and widescreen, and are light-sensitive down to 1 Lux, which means we can record  your wedding in natural light, avoiding the intrusion of additional lighting.
  • Digital Stereo sound – We want you to feel like you are experiencing the event again, and a big part of that is in the sounds you hear.  We want the music to sound right, so we digitally record your wedding’s audio on a separate system and then integrate it together in post-production.
  • Wireless Microphones – The groom (or primary speaker) is “wired” so that we get good clear speech audio instead of just “room sound.”
  • Digital Editing – Your video is edited and produced using an HD all-digital system, insuring the clearest and most-precise product possible.
